The Caboose is designed to be a beautifully styled prop with accompanying services, rather than a food or beverage provider. We bring the expertise to help you create the perfect setup, guiding you through what to purchase and the right quantities for your event.

This approach allows your vision to fully come to life, rather than being limited to a preset menu or packages from a traditional catering company.

In addition to planning support, we offer custom branding options, full setup, and on-site service during your event to ensure everything runs smoothly and looks exactly how you envisioned.

We kindly require a minimum of 2 hours of access prior to your event start time to complete setup. At the conclusion of your contracted event time, we will begin a prompt 30-minute breakdown and departure process.

Please keep this timing in mind when planning the Caboose placement and event flow. Additional fees may apply if we are unable to access or exit the event space as needed.

While we love being able to plug directly into a building for power (it’s much quieter), we do provide a whisper generator when needed, which is included for your event time.

The Caboose is equipped with lighting, a refrigerator, and can support a few plug-in items at once, as long as it’s not sharing a circuit with other large appliances. Other than that, we’re all set to go!

Absolutely! The whole goal of our caboose is to add an element of fun and extra pizzaz to your party. Not to mention, the uniqueness.

Most locations require us to drive the Caboose in as close as possible, but don’t let that worry you. We have our trailer dolly, “Towby,” who is great at maneuvering the Caboose into tighter spaces.

That said, the area does need to be relatively flat for proper placement. The overall dimensions of the Caboose are 7’6” H x 13’6” L x 7’6” W.
